Like the state of Jalisco is known for its Tequila, the state of Oaxaca is famous for Mezcal! Its almost impossible to visit Oaxaca without having at least one shot of Mezcal. All the bars and the clubs in the city serve the famous drink but one of the best places to try it out is the little bar Los Amantes which is located on the street in front of the Santo Domingo church.
