This is a great bar near the Zenkov Cathedral in Almaty. As you can guess by the name, they have a huge selection of whiskeys from all over the world and the bartenders are able to advise you if you're not an expert. They also have many draft/bottled beers for reasonnable price (from 3$). They have a food menu as well with snacks and more elaborated food. There are 2 floors, really well decorated and cosy.
