National Gallery of Ancient Art in Barberini Palace
This Baroque palace is the site of a splendid collection of art works from the 13th through the 19th century. You’ll find the familiar array of Italian artistic geniuses here but this museum also displays a number of matchless works by foreign painters such as Rubens, Holbein and El Greco. Make sure to take some time and snap a few photos of both of the exquisite interior staircases.
