One of my favorite artists, Jean DuBuffet, makes an appearance in Philly’s public sculpture scene. When you are strolling on Market Street and find yourself between 15th and 16th, just look up and check out this wonderful work. It’s affectionately referred to by locals as “the Mummer”.
