This high-quality, welcoming vegan spot a few blocks north of Gran Via was easily our favorite restaurant in Madrid. They’ve got a great selection of tapas and the desserts are irresistible. As for the main courses, the korma curry was exceptional and the grilled vegetables with chimichurri was simple, fresh, seasonal cooking at its best and has got me now forever hooked on this marvelous garlicky, tongue-tingling sauce.
