Looking for some REAL BBQ in Memphis?!? Corkys is the place to be. Their Lip smacking ribs and BBQ chicken, velvety mac and cheese, mouth watering banana pudding, and luscious collard greens will have you in a coma by the time you get back to your hotel. The food was worth the wait. The restaurant was a bit loud but not to the point where my ears were bleeding and I couldn't here my companion talk. The price points are reasonable and definitely beats the tourist trap BBQ spots that litter Beale Street. #open-late
