Beautiful scenery but don't be fooled by all the pictures (including mine). The hot spring pools aren't in that natural creek fed by the waterfall. There are man made pools with natural hot spring water in them. You can bathe under the waterfall though for a splash of cold water. I was there on a weekend and though there was a good amount of people there it didn't feel crowded. During the week would probably be great. #pool
