Many places to choose from. Downstairs you have restaurants and uptairs some pubs. I recommend Escobar- Coctel y cocina, they have another 4 branches around Beirut ( including Escobar seaside in Jounieh-which rocks), but some may be closed during winter. Go mexican all the way and try their shrimps quesadillas and a glass (or more) of marguerita.
