Another very nice specialist #museum, preserving (obviously) the history of the #BuffaloSoldiers and, more broadly, the history of #African-Americans in the US #military. Housed in #historic building once home to the #Houston Light Guard, a local militia. (Building #restoration is a continuing project...) Many exhibits, a fairly extensive specialist library, several videos and a number of docents and #livinghistory interpreters, most retired vets with extensive experience and many stories to tell.
