Cloisters bar is housed within a former church in the neighborhood of Tollcross, in southern Edinburgh. The building itself retains many of the original features (including the pews), but with the modern addition of a wood-burner stove in winter, great for defrosting around. Beer and cider are poured from the 19 taps (ask for a taste if you’re having difficulty deciding), and pub food is on offer if you’re hungry. A favorite with the locals. #pubs #edinburgh #winter
