This is my favorite eco lodge in the world. You can reach it only by boat. It has its very own farm and 60% of the food they serve comes from the farm. They take you on a hike up there where you drink a coconut and can smell various types of mint, basil, lemongrass, and see the hens that lay your eggs. The rooms are extremely cozy made of organic materials. The overall vibe is peaceful, a bit secluded if you're on the beach by yourself. The food is 100% organic and gourmet. You're welcome to enter the kitchen and watch the chef in action. The cocktails are fantastic as well. Victor does a great job.
