[CLOSED] Jewish Historical Museum
This complex of 17th and 18th century restored synagogues houses one of Amsterdam’s most compelling museums. Displays cover the long history of the Jewish people in the Netherlands and contain a number of traditional artifacts. But the exhibitions of some surprisingly forward-thinking and edgy 20th century art were what really sealed the deal for me, the combination making this one of my favorite attractions in the city.
