Great hike up to this somewhat flat peak just behind Fauquier. You can use this as a starting point for hikes going south into the Valkyr range with the next mountain down being Rollins. To get here take pin road up from Apple Grove Road. Follow pin until you cross the bridge then basically take the next 2 rights. You will drive up a couple of really steep cut blocks where you can park at the top of. From there follow the quad trail onto the ridge and the rest is self explanatory. #hiking
