The so called Buddha Park is located next to the Zaisan Hill and is a new construction in UB. It's now completely surrounded by new constructions (there will soon be a gigantic mall there) so the word "park" is a bit difficult to relate to the place. Still though, if you are visiting the Zaisan Memorial, it's worth making a detour there. An impressive golden 23 meters high statue of a buddha is dominating the small park. Subsequently, the place is a must go during local weddings, and you might catch well dressed families going to take pictures there.
