From drug capital to hipster capital (telegraph) , this is Colombia’s second largest city and hailed as the most innovative city in the world in 2013. This place ja surrounded by beautiful mountains and other natural phenomenon. Really loved this city as there are so many things to see and do, definitely a charming one.
