This burger has beef katsu (katsu is the Japanese fried outer coating), chicken katsu, pork katsu, egg, bacon, cheddar cheese, American cheese, pepperjack cheese, pickles, red onion, tomato, shredded cabbage, wasabi mayo, spicy mayo, and tonkatsu sauce. Mt. Fugi is a fitting name, because this really is a mountain of a burger.
