In St. Augustine they have a Freedom Trail marking historical spots/events from Anerica's Civil Rights Movement. It is not very well known and seems to be a bit grassroots but is very fascinating. This house is one of many spots on the trail and is in a district, called Lincolnville, that was established following the Civil War. According to my trolley tour guide, MLK Jr. stayed here while speaking at the church across the street and the woman who hosted his visits still lives there. #history #free #civilrights #freedom
