Chengdu and it’s Province are know for having some of the spiciest food in the world. Hot pot is eaten all over china but the burning chili’s and mouth numbing Schezuan pepper (literally you bite into one your whole mouth goes numb) make this one famous. Don’t worry there’s usually a pot of regular old broth if you need to wimp out.
