Malecon is basically the boardwalk that divides the sea and the city. All over the malecon, you will find some beautiful statues, Cubans fishing and people just chilling there. It is pretty well maintained and I recommend you to walk through it to be able to see some historical monuments such as the Jose Marti one or the National Hotel. From the bay side of the malecon, you can see the ancient fortress and the castle that was used to protect the island during the United States invasion. #views #photography #architecture #free
