A few footsteps away from the Athens Jewish Synagogue you'll find the Museum of Islamic Art, which I definitely recommend to visit if you're interested in this culture and want to see something different from the classical greek art. The cafe of this museum has an amazing view all over Kerameikos and Acropolis, if you choose to sit on the terrace.
