I wandered up to Lazotea in search of my free welcome drink from Hotel Casa Panama. The free sangria was decent, but I'm glad it was free. I didn't feel very welcomed here, but maybe it is because I showed up asking about my free drink and they didn't expect me to stay and eat. I was told to sit over next to the register and was forgotten about, even while trying to get people's attention to order food. Eventually a mediocre ceviche came and I left immediately upon finishing.
