The War Memorial of Korea is free to visitors and a great way to get an overview of the country's history. The grounds are filled with tributes, sculptures and old war vehicles for visitors to explore. The interior has three levels of exhibits on war and peace throughout the ages until present day, with most of the focus on the Korean War in the 1950s. It provides a detailed overview of events and has even some fun 4D movie experiences.
