One of our fav #hiking destinations in LA- sadly the Escondido #waterfall is dry but if the rain comes it will be restored to magnificence. It's a great hike in any case- the halfway point is a shady area and rope swing. From there it gets a lot steeper - surprisingly steeper to the falls but doable if you got anything more than flip flops on. Bring lots of water- really desert like out there #californiadrought
