One of my personal favorite early-summer trail runs, Brush Creek. The lupine pop here first, due to the trails low elevation. Early morning is best as the sun hits this area early (trail is exposed to the east), making it the perfect temp for an exhilarating early morning run. The trail is an out and back, I've only run approximately 2.5 miles out and the trail continued on, I'm unsure on total length.
