Puerto Nuevo is known for some of the best lobster in the Baja. After a quick tour of the local shops near by, my friend and I were ready for two of Baja’s best: lobster and ceviche. Sitting outside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, local kids played while the adults devoured plates of lobster drenched in butter. We decided that an overdose of lobster was in order. Starting with lobster ceviche and ending with lobster tails. The tails were pretty good (and cheap, about $10 USD a tail) but the ceviche was were it was at! My first bite was fresh and balanced by the acid of lime and fattiness of the avocado. I was really impressed and found that the Baja sure knows their ceviche! #beachfront #lobster #souvenirs
