Super classy, ridiculously good food and top-notch wine. Famous someliers from all over Spain and the world gather at the tint library of this restaurant to talk newest reds and whites and to assemble the selection which then comes with your lunch and dinner. Though prices are pretty steep, the lunch menu is only €20 per person and the food is all local, seasonal and perfectly rich, yet light. I had boulliebase and crispy rolls of seasonal vegetables paired with white wine. Private dining available.
