The creative vibes from Stokes Croft continue around the corner into nearby Montpelier, a place that is constantly listed as one of the hippest parts of Bristol. This was where one of Banksy’s oldest pieces in the city lived relatively untouched for years, dating back to the early 1990s. Take the Money and Run was an example of a collaboration with other graffiti artists of the time, like Inkie and Mobz. Just recently it’s been graffitied over, with only the edges now visible, which is a shame for fans and Bristol history.
