Upon an initial glance you could be mistaken that this is another Communist style building. However on more careful inspection (and info from our tour guide!) we discovered that this building was only completed in the early 2000's and is a mix of Communist and post-Communist architecture. A government building used for official state functions as well as concerts, meetings and NYE events just to name a few.
