Located in Panfilov Park, next to the Zenkov cathedral, Chukotka bar is a huge cafe/restaurant/pub/nightclub. Can be pretty quiet on weekdays, but during the weekends they often organize events with DJs, live music bands and so on. Prices are low for the cocktails (around 3$) and beers, and if you get snacky they serve salads, burgers and pizzas for fair prices.
