This is the tunnel under Kanmonkyo Bridge. You can walk/run through the tunnel and actually find the border that defines Fukuoka and Yamaguchi Prefectures. If you want to ride your bike, there are elevators on either side of the tunnel. I think they cost about 50 Yen each time. #biking #bridges #kitakyushu
