Visiting the Dhayah Fort is quite the hike especially when it comes to the zigzagging railless stairs that lead you to the fort. You’ll definitely want to wear adequate footwear when attempting the visit. That being said, once you finally reach the top, you’ll experience outstanding panoramic views. The area surrounding Dhayah fort is also a prime piece of Ras Al Khaimah history and has apparently been settled since the third millennium BC; since then it has been used as a settlement and a defense post.
