Budva is another nice city to visit in Kotor bay. I preferred staying in Kotor, and just make a visit for the day, as it is much more crowded, and there are too many modern Miami style buildings, that make it loose a bit of its escence in my opinion. The old town is well preserved and there are nice beaches around, but there are better places in the bay to enjoy the crystal waters of Montenegro, and way less crowded.
