Filandia is not the town I expected to find the best restaurant in Colombia but here it is! I've eaten at plenty of fancy restaurants in Medellin and the most esteemed in Bogotá and this is the best restaurant I've been to in Colombia. The food is Colombian with local ingredients but so creative and flavorful and obviously had time put into the thought of it which is rare in this country. And killer cocktails and the cutest environment (with an art gallery where you can buy local artist's works!). Best part dishes are only 15-20 mil.
