This pass is officially closed for vehicles but a great ride for a motorbike. Be careful of rocks in the road along the way and expect on coming traffic anytime. Some car still use this road as the entrance from the east is not totally closed. You can still squeeze a car through the gap. If you come from the eastern cape side just continue over the N2 and you will go straight into Grootrivier pas which is just as beautiful. You end in natures valley. Don't drive by the natures valley farm stall. Great sandwiches and coffee. They make their own cheese as well. #motorbiking
