Take a walk through the beautiful gardens and head up to the falls. They have life-jackets available at the top and these are compulsory if you're wanting to swim. The pebbles are a bit of a challenge but when you're finally in it's awesome! Swim right up to the falls and enjoy the gushing water over you.
