This hike is an absolute beast. Only 6km in but close to 4000 feet of elevation gain. Pack super light (book the cabin if you want to avoid bringing a tent) and be prepared for a constant vertical climb. The hike is beautiful though as you climb up beside a waterfall most of the way up. To get across the Squamish river to the trailhead you need to either bring a canoe/boat or contact jet boat Jay to get you there. Lastly if you aren’t into the whole hiking thing you can just take a chopper up there. Costs $400 each way and can fit 5 people so round trip could be $160. Lastly don’t forget your bug spray and fishing rod for the little trout! #hiking #camping #mountains #views
