360 claims to be making the best pizza in East Africa, which is an overstatement. However, if you have been living in Rwanda for a while, and you miss a European vibe, it is doing the job. The pizza is thin crust, cheesy (depending on the chef's mood) and the wine is good (yet so much more expensive than what you would pay in Europe.) The service is excellent -- they made a new pizza for us when we complained that it was too spicy.
