Being an unabashedly East Coast elitist, I’m a bit loathe to admit that there is one of my favorite dishes that is consistently better out West than back home, Vietnamese pho. Fusion Five’s offering (and I can only speak for the vegan version) is scrumptious, the veggies and tofu are extremely fresh and the broth is light but flavorful. This restaurant offers up a number of other veg and non-veg delights from Southeast Asia, the service is wonderful and the prices are comparatively low for otherwise pricey Palm Springs. My only complaint, the horridly bland pop music they play in this place, but you can probably just ignore that..
