This city is the definition of perfection. It is cultural, you walk down the boardwalk passing by little shops and music playing. You smell food from the restaurants and people are dressed in conservative village clothing, all speaking Portuguese. The most breathtaking part is this view from the mountain which you can either take a cable car or drive but it's stunning, the orange haciendas, the sand & the blue sea.
