Ramen Tatsu-ya
All their dishes are great, but their tsukemen dipping ramen is the one that I crave constantly. It makes me wish I had a second stomach so I could eat more of it. It's nicely balanced, heavily seasoned, but perfectly harmonious. Two Austin native ex-DJs opened Ramen Tatsu-ya in September 2012, and the restaurant immediately began drawing long lines. Make sure to add crispy brussels sprouts for a delicious crunch. They don't do to-go orders or delivery so it's bring your own Tupperware if you can't finish their massive portions.
