Prince D'Orange will transport you back in time with its mid-XVII century charm and lavishly decorated interior. The five apartments of this property are all private, homey and elegant. There are shared spaces (such as the room I'm sitting in here) with an extensive library collection, beautiful furniture and comfortable sofas. I seriously felt like I was a royal in this room. Upstairs you've got a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony that overlooks all of Valletta. There is office space, so you can get work done on the go, but you probably wouldn't want to do that, since the Prince is in the heart of the city and you'll be busy exploring all day. There is a reception desk at the hotel for your convenience, but it isn't 24/7 in order to give guests privacy. Jankarl who manages the Prince is a fantastic guy, friendly and able to give you suggestions regarding anything Malta-related, from dining to sightseeing and adventure. The Prince has served as a home away from home for people from all over the world, including celebrities.
