Zannettos has been there since 1938 and is one of the most popular places to dine in Nicosia. It’s a great place to have a peak in a traditional tavern serving local meals. Their fixed meze menu offers everything you need to try in Cyprus, including kebabs, potatoes, halloumi, spinach rice, different local sauces, sheftalia (traditional Cypriot sausage without the skin), and a variety of desserts to name a few, which might be enough for four, and we were only two.
