Head up the windy road towards the Snow Bowl ski lift and park on the side of the road. You can hike out into Locket Meadow which is a beautiful open meadows of tall grass surrounded by pine trees and aspen groves. There is a trail that takes you into the forest, but if you are just looking for a great view and some wild flowers to see, this is the spot to be!
