Akchour is a good day trip activity from Chefchaouen. It is a well maintained trail along a river starting from a dam with several waterfalls. You will find hotels and restaurants where the trail begins, as well as several cafés along the path. Even if the place seems well preserved, you will still find quite a lot of trash on the ground. It is a really nice hike though, with no difficulty, it is accessible for all levels and even for kids.
