The brewery has been in Salt Lake since 1994. Pictured here is the brewery and beer store. There is no drinking here but there is a brewpub not far away where you can enjoy the beer on tap or from a bottle for higher gravity beers and excellent food. Elephino is a triple IPA, a local favorite, as well as a favorite of mine.
