Owner Victor Torres Alegra is serious about wines. He has a PhD in oenology (the study of wine), has been making wine for over 30 years, and was one of the founding fathers of Mexican modern wine production. The tasting room is in a very modern building with simple yet bold architecture, which mimics their wines. There is a variety of tastings.
