Scuba diving at Tulamben: There are scuba tour agency and scuba instructors at Tulamben (east Bali) where you could learn scuba diving and then dive with your PADI certified instructor in Tulamben bay. One of the major attractions there is the USAT Liberty world war II shipwreck. The spectacular marine life of colourful corals and tropical fish surrounding it attracts divers. The visibility in water is clear throughout the year and there are chances to see manta ray fish, sunfish, sea-turtles and dolphins too.
