National University of Kharkov is home to beautiful Botanical Gardens, one of the oldest parks in Ukraine. It was built in 1804 and features a gorgeous collection of coniferous plants. Make sure to visit the greenhouse and stroll through 2,400 kinds of exotic plants. But if you are not an avid lover of observing the plants, come here to relax or have a picnic.
