This museum is a hidden gem of UB. Founded by a puzzle addict, the International Intellectual Museum has 3 floors full of puzzle games of many sorts, original mongolian chess, wood-craved items, puppets... The ticket costs 8000 MNT and you have a private english-speaker guide to explain you all the items, perform magic tricks, test your skills in resolving puzzles (I wasn't personally able to solve any of them, even the one "for kids"...).
