Tourists pay big bucks taking a long tail from Patong to this "secret" beach, but it's cheaper to take a taxi or scooter to the backside trail near Avista Hideaway Hotel. It's about a ten to fifteen minute walk on a dirt path, then down steep stairs. Entrance is 200 baht, but it's worth it. Bring your own drinks and snacks.
